1. Machine Warranty Coverage

All A4SKart Heat Press Machines (including 5-in-1 Combo, 8-in-1 Combo, P8100 Heavy Duty, Slider Press, and Flatbed Heat Presses) come with a Standard 1-Year Limited Warranty on the main control unit, digital temperature meter, and heating plate structure.

2. What Is Covered

• Factory manufacturing defects in heating elements and internal wiring.
• Digital temperature and timer controller board malfunctions under standard voltage operations.
• Structural alignment and mechanical press locking mechanisms.

3. What Is Not Covered

Damage resulting from severe electrical power surges, lightning, physical accidental drops, water exposure, or unauthorized circuit modification is excluded from complimentary warranty replacement.

4. Video Call & Live Technical Support

We provide complimentary live video call technical assistance to all machine buyers to help with initial unboxing, temperature & timer configuration, pressure adjustment, and print troubleshooting.

5. Lifetime Spare Parts Availability

Even after your warranty period expires, A4SKart maintains a 100% genuine inventory of replacement heating elements (mug attachments, cap press pads, silicon rubber pads, digital controllers) at discounted factory rates for our registered customers.
