1. Coverage & Service Area

A4SKart delivers across all serviceable pincodes in India. We partner with reputed express courier services and surface transport networks including Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, Trackon, and leading cargo transport agencies for heavy commercial machinery.

2. Processing & Dispatch Timeline

All standard in-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours following order confirmation and payment verification. Orders placed on Sundays or National Holidays are dispatched on the next business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

• Delhi / NCR & North India: 1 to 3 business days
• Metro Cities (Mumbai, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad): 3 to 5 business days
• Rest of India (Tier 2 & 3 Cities / Regional Areas): 4 to 7 business days
• Heavy Machines / Palletized Cargo: 5 to 8 business days via dedicated road transport logistics

4. Order Tracking

Once your consignment is handed over to our shipping partner, you will receive an automated tracking number (AWB) via SMS / WhatsApp and email. You can also monitor your live shipment status directly in your Customer Dashboard.

5. Packaging & Safety

All sublimation blank consumables, ceramic mugs, heat press machinery, and precision electronic meters are packed with high-density foam, multi-wall corrugated master cartons, and corner protectors to ensure zero transit damage.
