2. Product Descriptions & Pricing

We make every effort to display the colors, specifications, and dimensions of our products as accurately as possible. Prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable GST taxes. A4SKart reserves the right to adjust wholesale and retail prices based on raw material market fluctuations.

3. Wholesale Tier & MOQ Orders

Wholesale pricing tiers automatically apply when the specified minimum wholesale quantity criteria is met in your cart. Wholesale buyers are issued valid B2B tax invoices upon providing their business GSTIN.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch. Once an order has been packed and handed over to logistics or custom artwork printing has commenced, cancellations cannot be processed.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with transactions on this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh, India.
